Catalonia Wins Gold and Bronze at CESA Sub-19 Beach Volleyball Championship

The Catalan teams excelled at the CESA Sub‑19 Beach Volleyball Championship held in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. In the women's division, the pair of Morató and Sierra captured the gold medal, defeating the Madrid representatives Romero 2‑0 (21‑14, 21‑14) in the final. In the men's division, Erickson and Maseras secured the bronze medal after a 2‑1 victory over the Galician duo Gómez del Valle and López, having previously fallen to the eventual champions in the semifinals.

Both victories add to Catalonia's recent successes in youth beach volleyball, following a gold at the CESA Sub‑21 the weekend before. The results underline the strong development program of the Catalan Volleyball Federation.
