Catamarca representatives face scrutiny over TRANSNOA appointments
The appointment of Luis Gramajo and Francisco Pernasetti as Catamarca provincial representatives to the board of TRANSNOA has sparked political controversy and allegations of conflicts of interest.
Former provincial deputy Silvana Carrizo raised concerns regarding the business ties of the appointees. She noted that their declared address corresponds to the headquarters of Interfile Catamarca, a company with commercial links to the state through P&G Servicios S.R.L. Carrizo stated that Gramajo previously served as a manager for P&G Servicios S.R.L., a firm that has received various state contracts, including direct hires from the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, and the Municipality of the Capital.
Within the Peronist party, the appointments have caused internal friction. Critics, including Deputy Juan Carlos Ledesma, have questioned why these positions are being filled by individuals with private business interests linked to the state rather than utilizing existing technical cadres within the party. The move to appoint Pernasetti to replace Eduardo Niederle has also drawn criticism from party members regarding political alignment and transparency.
