Catamarca to provide 3,500 scholarships for technology training
The Government of Catamarca has signed an agreement with Universidad Siglo 21 to implement the 'Catamarca Potencia Talento' program. This initiative will provide 3,500 scholarships for training in technological areas and labor competencies, with classes scheduled to begin in December.
The program will be integrated into the Labor Training Campus, continuing the AURA (Acceso Universitario a Rutas de Aprendizaje) initiative. It aims to strengthen the connection between education, training, and employment by offering eleven different training paths. These include artificial intelligence applied to productive environments, initial and advanced programming, digital marketing and advertising, cybersecurity, information security and networks, digital business, e-commerce, digital customer support, and financial education.
The agreement was signed in Córdoba in the presence of Governor Raúl Jalil, Minister of Education and Labor Verónica Soria, and Minister of Productive Development Luis Castro. The initiative builds on a previous phase of 500 scholarships, where 70% of students resided in the provincial interior, highlighting a focus on providing remote technological training to various departments within the province.
