Catanzaro hosts ‘Talk About Mafia’ event on ‘ndrangheta women

The second installment of the ‘Talk About Mafia’ project, promoted by the Associazione Nazionale Magistrati (ANM), will take place at the ITIS Scalfaro in Catanzaro.

The event focuses on the role of women within the ‘ndrangheta criminal organization. Discussions will be led by legal experts Marisa Manzini, Giulia Pantano, and Annamaria Frustraci. Additionally, the program will address the complexities of maxi-trials, covering everything from precautionary phases to trial proceedings, including judicial resource management and organizational challenges.

The seminar aims to foster knowledge exchange between experienced magistrates and younger professionals. It will also serve as the first conference to analyze the regulatory framework of the ‘Liberi di scegliere’ law, which originated from a protocol established in Reggio Calabria.
