Catapult partners with Sous Chef to automate delivery logistics

Restaurant growth platform Catapult has partnered with Sous Chef to manage external delivery logistics for over 600 sites across the United States and Canada. The collaboration utilizes AI-driven automated agents to oversee digital storefronts and manage multiple ordering channels through a single kitchen terminal.

These automated agents are designed to intervene during service by suspending or reactivating store listings and resolving menu or order discrepancies to maintain location visibility. Data from Sous Chef indicates that venues using the service saw a 58% decrease in downtime and a 33% reduction in order cancellations within their first 90 days.

Through this agreement, Catapult gains direct access to Sous Chef’s application programming interface (API), enabling the development of tailored operational tools and workflows. Catapult aims to use this infrastructure to scale its platform to thousands of restaurants in the coming years while minimizing operational complexity.
