Catch Hospitality Group to open Cafe Charmant in NYC

Catch Hospitality Group, led by partner Eugene Remm and Tilman Fertitta, is set to open Cafe Charmant, a new French brasserie, in New York City’s West Village this September. Located at 340 Bleecker Street, the venue occupies the space formerly held by Saint Theo’s.

The restaurant will feature a menu of French classics such as steak frites and niçoise salad, alongside a raw bar and seafood options. Chef Jake Tyler Brodsky, who previously worked at Eleven Madison Park and Palm Heights, will lead the kitchen. The establishment’s design is being handled by the Rockwell Group, aiming for an eclectic yet timeless aesthetic.

The beverage program will be managed by beverage director Lucas Robinson and wine director Emily Buse, a Wine Spectator top-50 sommelier.
