Cathay Pacific rolls out Aria Suite on Perth routes and marks 80th anniversary

Cathay Pacific is introducing its Aria Suite Business class, along with new Premium Economy and refreshed Economy cabins, on selected Perth–Hong Kong services starting 26 October 2026. The retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER will operate these new configurations on specific flights through March 2027. The Aria Suite features a 1-2-1 configuration with privacy doors, wireless charging, and 24-inch 4K screens.

This rollout is part of a broader HK$150 billion investment by the Cathay Group into its fleet, digital systems, and airport lounges. The group aims to expand to a 150-destination network and acquire 150 new aircraft over the next decade.

Additionally, the airline is celebrating its 80th anniversary with the ‘Cathay AnniFAREsary’ promotion in Singapore. Throughout September 2026, the airline is offering discounted fares to nearly 40 destinations, bonus Asia Miles, and various lifestyle rewards for members.
