Catho Survey Finds 42% of Brazilian Workers Eye Career Change, Cites Astrology Tools

A survey conducted by the Brazilian job portal Catho with more than 5,000 respondents reveals that 42% of professionals are considering a career change. The desire is strongest among workers aged 26 to 35, where 46% express intent to transition.

The study notes a growing interest in using astrological resources—such as online natal charts, vocational astrology maps, and free astrology courses—to aid self‑knowledge during the transition. Astrologer Cláudia Lisboa explains, “When it comes to work, astrology can show a person’s talents and abilities, helping them find professional fulfillment.”

Catho recommends a structured approach to career change, emphasizing evaluation of motivations, expectations, and personal strengths before making a move.
