Catholic Action members gather for annual Night Vigil in Poland

Over one thousand members of Catholic Action from the Sandomierz, Kielce, and Radom dioceses gathered for the annual September Night Vigil in the Świętokrzyskie region. The event included a pilgrimage from the Three Crosses Monument in Huta Szklana to the Holy Cross sanctuary, where participants engaged in the Stations of the Cross and prayer near the relics of the Holy Cross Tree.

The central Eucharist was led by Bishop Krzysztof Nitkiewicz. During his homily, the Bishop addressed the theme of maintaining a connection with Christ, warning that individuals might lose this bond through sin, bad habits, or the distractions of work and media. He specifically noted the trend of younger generations and those in their thirties moving away from the Church and religious practice.
