Catholic churches in Germany announce All Souls' Day services

Catholic communities in Germany are preparing for All Souls' Day observances to honor and remember the deceased.

At St. Bonifatius in Wiesbaden, grave blessings are scheduled for Sunday, November 1, at 3:00 PM at the North and South cemeteries. The event invites parishioners to gather at the mourning halls to mourn collectively and entrust their departed loved ones to God.

In Bensberg, the St. Nikolaus parish will hold a memorial vespers at 6:30 PM followed by a Holy Mass at 7:00 PM on November 2. These services aim to combine remembrance with the hope of resurrection through prayer, psalms, and the Eucharist.
