Catholic communities in Osijek region hold religious celebrations

Religious communities in the Osijek region are conducting various spiritual and communal activities. In Ivanovci, the local community of Belišće and Kitišanci organized a celebration at the Shrine of the Mother of the New Covenant. The event included a Rosary prayer and a Holy Mass led by Fra Tomislav Sabađija, who delivered a sermon focused on spiritual goals over material security.

In Osijek, the St. Peter and Paul Parish has announced its summer schedule and upcoming events. This includes preparations for the fifth national meeting of Croatian Catholic families, which will feature programs in Osijek and a pilgrimage to Aljmaš in September. The parish is also seeking local families to host participants and calling for volunteers to assist with the upcoming gatherings.
