Cattle Theft Reported in San Buenaventura, Coahuila

Producer Juan Homero Flores reported the theft of several livestock, including at least three cows and a valuable horse, from his property in San Buenaventura, Coahuila. Flores filed a formal complaint with authorities and noted that the animals were missing when he inspected the grazing area. He suspects the theft was organized to sell the animals illegally in nearby municipalities, citing a rumor of a buyer offering a low price for one of the stolen animals.

The incident highlights ongoing concerns about abigeato (livestock theft) in the central region of Coahuila, which threatens the livelihood of families dependent on agriculture. Local officials have opened an investigation and are urging anyone with information to come forward to help locate the missing animals and apprehend the perpetrators.
