Cattolica to host historical maritime vessel gathering in August

Cattolica will host a gathering of historical vessels, known as 'Vele al terzo', on August 22 and 23. Organized by the Museo della Regina in collaboration with the 'La Mariegola delle vele al terzo e delle barche da lavoro delle Romagne' association, the event features a traditional sailing rally through the Cattolica and Gabicce canal ports.

The festivities include a cultural evening on August 23 titled 'Voci dal Mare: canti della Tradizione' in Piazza G. F. Micucci. This program will focus on local maritime history and traditions, featuring storytelling and musical performances inspired by Adriatic maritime repertoire, curated by the 'La Canta' cultural association.
