Cau Giay, Hanoi to auction seven land plots

The Cau Giay District People's Committee in Hanoi is organizing an auction for the land use rights of seven plots located in the Cau Giay New Urban Area. The total area of the plots (F1, F2, F4, F5, F6, F7, and F8) is 1,365 square meters.

Due to the central location and proximity to major transport routes such as Pham Hung, Xuan Thuy, and Ring Road 3, the starting prices are significant. Five of the plots have a starting price of approximately 85.9 million VND per square meter, while two plots (F7 and F8) have a starting price of over 176.6 million VND per square meter.

The auction will be conducted through a multi-round direct voting method. Interested parties can purchase application dossiers between October 9 and October 23, 2026. The auction is scheduled to take place on October 28, 2026.
