Cauã Reymond's series ‘Jogada de Risco’ moves to broadcast TV

The series ‘Jogada de Risco’, created by and starring Cauã Reymond, is transitioning from streaming to broadcast television on TV Globo. The eight-episode production follows Maurício, a former football player attempting to establish himself as an agent in the professional football market while navigating past failures and complex family dynamics.

While an official decision regarding a second season has not been made by Globo, cast members have expressed confidence in the show's potential for continuation due to its internal success. Additionally, Reymond is set to return to his role as Jorginho in a sequel to the hit telenovela ‘Avenida Brasil’.

Reflecting on his career, Reymond recently shared that the intense experience of filming ‘Avenida Brasil’ had a significant psychological impact. He revealed that he underwent long-term therapy to process the emotional conflicts triggered by his character's relationship with Carminha, noting that the character's traits occasionally reminded him of his own family dynamics.
