Caucaia and Camboa arenas receive major upgrades in Ceará

The municipality of Caucaia handed over the renovated Areninha do Poeirão on July 10. The upgrade includes a new synthetic turf field, LED lighting, new fencing, protective screens and fresh paint. Mayor Naumi Amorim highlighted the project’s aim to promote sport, leisure and community cohesion for children and youth.

In Camboa, councilor Raimundo Penha and AGEM president Anderson Borges inspected the ongoing renovation of the Arena Society Camboa, slated for completion in September. The project, funded by the state government under Governor Carlos Brandão, will feature synthetic grass, modern lighting, accessibility features, bleachers and landscaped surroundings, providing a safe, quality space for sport and recreation for residents of Camboa, Liberdade and nearby neighborhoods.
