Caucaia honors educators and students with school management awards

The City of Caucaia, through its Municipal Education Secretariat, held the 2025 School Management Highlight Award ceremony to recognize excellence within the municipal school system. The event, held at the Cazuzão Gymnasium, honored management teams from 24 school units, including directors and pedagogical coordinators for their planning and community mobilization.

In addition to management teams, the awards recognized Portuguese and Mathematics teachers working with 2nd, 5th, and 9th-grade elementary students. Top-performing students were also honored, including those ranked first in their classes and the 45 students with the highest overall performance in the municipality.

Award recipients received various incentives: students were presented with notebooks and bicycles, while teachers and coordinators received monetary prizes. Mayor Naumi Amorim emphasized that recognizing these results serves to value the daily efforts of those dedicated to teaching.
