Caucaia implements salary increases and benefits for education professionals

The City Hall of Caucaia has announced several measures aimed at valuing education professionals within the municipal public school network. Through the Municipal Secretariat of Education, the administration is implementing salary adjustments, including a 6.27% increase for 2025 with an additional 1% in the same year, and a 5.40% adjustment for 2026.

Additional measures include the retroactive payment of career progressions for 2024 and 2025, scheduled for the August 2026 payroll. The city is also ensuring the payment of the vacation third for teachers and providing January and July payments for temporary teachers. Furthermore, the administration is calling upon approved candidates from public service exams to fill roles such as cooks, caregivers, and classroom assistants to strengthen the educational teams.
