Caucaia launches diesel mechanics course to qualify local professionals

The City of Caucaia, through its Municipal Labor Secretariat, has launched a diesel mechanics training course to qualify new professionals for the growing automotive sector. The program is a result of a cooperation agreement with JC Diesel Serviços Automotivos, which is responsible for providing technical instruction on the maintenance and diagnosis of diesel engines and equipment.

The three-month course is designed for individuals aged 16 and older. To accommodate students and workers, classes are held in the evening at the headquarters of the Municipal Labor Secretariat. The initiative aims to meet the increasing demand for skilled labor driven by the arrival of large-scale enterprises and equipment in the municipality, helping youth enter the job market or expand their professional capabilities.
