Caudete launches technology workshop for seniors

The Caudete City Council's Department of Seniors has announced a new workshop designed to help elderly residents use new technologies to stimulate memory and prevent cognitive decline. Organized by the Unión Democrática de Pensionistas (UDP), the sessions will take place on October 6, 8, 13, and 15 at the Caudete Senior Center.

The program focuses on the practical use of mobile phones and tablets. Participants will learn to use digital tools such as calendars, reminders, and alarms to manage daily tasks, appointments, and medication, with the goal of increasing digital autonomy and promoting active aging.
