CAVIAR launches limited Odyssey luxury smart glasses

CAVIAR has announced the Odyssey, a highly limited luxury customization of the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer Gen 2 smart glasses. Only 24 units of each version are being produced, inspired by the story of Odysseus and ancient Greek culture.

The collection includes two variations: a standard version featuring 24K gold accents and a silver version utilizing 22-karat sterling silver. Both models feature hand-engraved accents and hand-painted black enamel detailing on the temples, hinges, and frame tops. Each unit is individually hand-finished in the CAVIAR atelier and includes a custom black crocodile leather charging case.

Functionally, the glasses retain all original smart features, including dual 12 MP ultra-wide cameras, open-ear audio, touch controls, and voice assistant support. The gold version is priced at approximately $6,130 (R98,800), while the silver version is priced at over $6,840 (R110,000).
