CBF announces final match schedule for Série B

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has released the detailed schedule for rounds 35 to 38 of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B. The final round, scheduled for November 14, will feature all matches simultaneously at 16:30 to ensure competitive equality for teams fighting for promotion or relegation.

Key clubs such as Fortaleza, Ceará, and CRB have confirmed their final match schedules. Notably, Fortaleza and Ceará will play on the same day during both the 36th and 38th rounds. The competition format dictates that the top two teams earn direct promotion to Série A, while the third and fourth-placed teams enter playoffs against the sixth and fifth-placed teams, respectively.

In recent action, the 32nd round featured contrasting matchups. Novorizontino, positioned third in the standings, sought to solidify its playoff spot against Náutico, who are fighting to avoid relegation to Série C. Meanwhile, Criciúma competed for a top-tier position against Ceará, who are working to secure their stay in Série B.
