CBRE appoints Ernesto Coloma to lead eastern Spain logistics

CBRE has appointed Ernesto Coloma as the new head of its Industrial and Logistics division for eastern Spain. In this role, Coloma will lead business development and strategy in a region identified as a high-growth area for the sector.

Coloma brings over a decade of international experience in real estate, industrial, and logistics sectors. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as the Real Estate & Energy Director for France, Spain, and Portugal at STEF, where he managed a real estate portfolio valued at over 2 billion euros and oversaw annual investments exceeding 100 million euros.

He will lead a specialized local team of seven professionals, supported by CBRE’s presence in Valencia, Alicante, and Palma de Mallorca. This local structure will integrate with the company’s national industrial and logistics platform, which consists of more than 90 professionals specializing in asset management, leasing, investment advisory, and financing.
