CBSE prepares 2026 results and 2027 exam schedules

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is preparing for the 2026 and 2027 academic examination cycles. For the 2026 session, Class 12 results are expected to be announced around the second week of May, following exams scheduled for April 10, 2026. Class 10 results are anticipated to be released before the final week of April 2026 due to a revised evaluation timeline.

Regarding the 2027 academic session, students are awaiting the examination date sheets for Class 10 and Class 12. A tentative schedule is expected to be released in the last week of September 2026, with the final timetable likely following in October or November 2026. The main board examinations for both classes are projected to take place between February and March 2027, with a second phase for Class 10 potentially occurring in May 2027.

Early release of these schedules is intended to assist students in organizing revision plans and coordinating with other competitive entrance exams, such as JEE Main, to avoid scheduling conflicts.
