CBYK launches LegalBlox legal AI spin-off

CBYK has announced the launch of LegalBlox, an artificial intelligence spin-off designed to assist companies managing large volumes of legal processes, contracts, and sensitive documentation. The startup is the result of two years of development within CBYK’s Innovation Lab, with an investment of approximately R$ 2 million in technology and structuring.

Led by CEO and partner Fabricio Visibeli, LegalBlox will be officially presented at FEBRABAN TECH 2026 in São Paulo. The platform aims to support legal departments, compliance, risk management, auditing, and due diligence through specialized AI assistants, assisted drafting, intelligent jurisprudence research, and contract analysis.

The launch addresses increasing pressure on corporate legal sectors. In Brazil, the need for such tools is highlighted by data from the National Council of Justice (CNJ), which reported 75.5 million ongoing legal processes at the end of 2025.
