CCAvenue launches AI Suite to advance conversational commerce

CCAvenue, the flagship payments brand of AvenuesAI Limited, has launched the CCAvenue AI Suite at the Global Fintech Fest 2026. The new suite aims to integrate artificial intelligence across the company’s payments infrastructure to simplify digital payment management for merchants and enterprises.

The initial rollout includes three primary components: CCAvenue AI Forms, which allows merchants to configure payment forms using conversational instructions; CCAvenue AI Invoicing, designed to assist with invoice creation and collection workflows; and CCAvenue AI-powered Integration, which provides AI-assisted guidance to help developers accelerate payment gateway integration.

The company’s strategy focuses on transitioning commerce and payments toward natural-language interfaces and conversational interactions. The long-term goal is to enable AI-assisted commerce workflows while ensuring customers maintain control over transaction consent and authentication.
