Cáceres hosts XII Arte Aparte contemporary art fair

The XII edition of the Arte Aparte fair in Cáceres has finalized its selection of artists following a call for entries that received 627 proposals. The event will feature a diverse range of disciplines, including painting, photography, sculpture, digital creation, textile art, video art, performance, dance, music, poetry, and theater.

A primary focus for this edition is strengthening ties between the Extremadura region and Europe. The organizers aim to foster international exchanges and collaborations, facilitating the participation of creators such as Fabrizio Di Salvo from Basel, Ieva Bražėnaitė from Lithuania, and Jodie Peyrusse from France.

In addition to its European focus, the fair intends to connect with rural Extremadura. Through the Sinergia Rural initiative, the event seeks to extend artistic relationships and experiences from Cáceres to other territories and audiences.
