CChC Araucanía promotes mental health prevention in Temuco construction sites

The CChC Araucanía, in collaboration with Mutual de Seguridad, conducted a mental health awareness session at the Isla Cautín construction site in Temuco. The initiative, organized by the Human Capital Commission of the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC) Araucanía, focused on the Isla Cautín project managed by Constructora Del Bosque.

The training session, led by psychologist Sergio Lovera, aimed to teach workers how to recognize warning signs of mental health issues and understand their role in prevention within the workplace. Participants discussed the importance of maintaining open communication among colleagues to support those experiencing complex emotional situations.
