CChC Arica hosts leadership and soft skills workshop for regional companies

The Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC) in Arica, in collaboration with the CChC Foundation and the Technological School of Construction (ETC), conducted a Leadership and Soft Skills Workshop. The initiative aimed to improve interpersonal relationships within construction sites and workplaces.

Representatives from several regional companies, including Castillo y Asociados, Guzmán y Larraín, Maderas Enco, Proyectos Norte, Salitrera Irma, and Aguas Claras, participated in the training. The workshop focused on strengthening fundamental competencies for professional development and team management, addressing the modern workforce's need for professional growth, positive work environments, and better work-life balance.

Participants noted the importance of empathy and human connection in the workplace, highlighting that leadership requires more than just technical oversight; it involves understanding employees as individuals.
