CCHF announces modification to local urban plan

The CCHF (Communauté de Communes de la Côte de Flandre) has announced the fifth modification of its intercommunal local urban plan (PLUI). The modification period runs from October 26, 2026, to November 27, 2026.

Key objectives of this update include refining written regulations for better clarity and adjusting graphic regulations regarding urban, agricultural, and natural zones. The changes also involve updating development and programming orientations, as well as simplifying economic zones following the closure of ZACs in December 2025.

Citizens can review the consultation dossier and submit observations via paper registers at the CCHF headquarters or in the municipalities of Hondschoote, Watten, and Wormhout. Digital consultation and submission options are also available through the official democracy-active website.
