CCOO union raises labor concerns at Servilimpce and El Morro

The Comisiones Obreras (CCOO) union has initiated actions regarding labor irregularities in two separate Spanish contexts.

In Servilimpce, the CCOO union section has issued a clarification following allegations that its activities constitute worker persecution. The union stated it is exercising its representative function by requesting documentation to verify reports from employees regarding potential irregularities in the entry and exit schedules of administrative staff. The union emphasized that it is seeking objective data and records rather than accusing specific individuals without proof.

Separately, the Federation of Services to Citizenship (FSC-CCOO) has filed a formal complaint with the Provincial Labor and Social Security Inspection regarding the El Morro public library. The union alleges that the current working hours of the staff fall below the requirements established in the service provision contract. According to CCOO, there is a weekly deficit of approximately 27 hours compared to the 269.5 hours mandated by the city's technical specifications, representing a 10% shortfall in contracted service time.
