CCR Cappadocia Cave Resort & SPA put up for foreclosure sale

The CCR Cappadocia Cave Resort & SPA complex and its surrounding properties in Uçhisar, Nevşehir, have been put up for foreclosure sale by the Nevşehir Enforcement Office. The sale includes eight separate real estate assets, including hotel buildings, a spa center, restaurants, and nearby agricultural lands.

The total appraised value for the properties is approximately 498.9 million TL. The highest-valued single asset is a 2,390 square meter area in the Tekeli district, featuring 27 rooms, an Indian restaurant, a terrace cafe, and outdoor pools, valued at approximately 181.2 million TL. Another major component is the main hotel building containing 25 rooms, valued at 85.2 million TL, and a 1,240 square meter spa and pool area valued at 91.7 million TL.

Some of the properties carry a status of “Cultural Property Requiring Protection.” The sale is being conducted due to a mortgage, and the auction will be held electronically via the UYAP system. Movable goods within the hotel are not included in the mortgage sale and will be vacated for the new owner upon completion of the transaction.
