CCU hosts art exhibitions and charity auctions in Chile

The Sala de Arte CCU in Chile is hosting several cultural initiatives. The exhibition ‘Convergentes’ features works from 19 recent graduates from 11 different art schools across the country. Curated by Victor Hugo Bravo, the showcase includes installations and sculptures that explore materiality, local environments, and a geopolitical perspective on Chilean and Latin American art. Among the participants is Araucanía artist Roberto Muñoz Morales, a graduate of the Universidad Católica de Temuco.

Additionally, CCU held the second edition of ‘El Arte de Crear Juntos,’ a solidarity auction benefiting Teletón. The event paired 14 visual artists with various business leaders, authorities, and media figures to create original works for auction. Notable pairings included artist Benito Rojo with Minister of Cultures Francisco Undurraga and painter Gonzalo Cienfuegos with Evelyn Matthei.
