CD Eldense dismisses manager Claudio Barragán

CD Eldense has dismissed head coach Claudio Barragán following a poor start to the LaLiga Hypermotion season. The decision comes after the team secured only two points from a possible twelve in the first four matches, most recently following a 0-0 draw against Mallorca.

In an official statement, the club expressed gratitude to Barragán for his role in securing the team's promotion to the Second Division last season. Despite the dismissal, the club noted its continued ambition to consolidate its position in professional football.

Josep Ferrando, previously the assistant coach, has been appointed as the interim manager while the club searches for a permanent replacement.
