CDCFIB to conclude paramilitary recruitment within four weeks

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced that its nationwide recruitment exercise for Nigeria’s four paramilitary services is entering its final stages. The board expects to conclude the process within the next four weeks.

In a statement signed by Secretary Major General (Rtd) A. M. Jibril, the board emphasized that the high volume of applications requires a comprehensive and transparent selection process. The CDCFIB stated it will not rush the exercise to ensure adherence to the principles of justice, merit, federal character, and operational requirements.

The recruitment covers the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS), the Federal Fire Service (FFS), and the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS). Successful candidates will be notified through the official recruitment platform once the process is finalized.
