Cdi Bionics San Babila hosts Open Week in Milan

The Cdi Bionics San Babila polyclinic in Milan is hosting an ‘Open Week’ from September 15 to 19. The event allows the public to visit the facility, which was inaugurated this past May, to observe its diagnostic technologies and clinical expertise.

The center features advanced imaging diagnostic equipment supported by artificial intelligence. Key technologies include a 1.5 Tesla high-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner designed to optimize sequences and reduce execution times, and a next-generation spectral CT scanner. The spectral CT system acquires images at different energy levels to improve diagnostic accuracy for various pathologies while maintaining a very low radiation dose.

Diana Bracco, President and CEO of Centro diagnostico italiano (Cdi), stated that the center’s machinery represents the group’s excellence. Maurizio Cariati, the medical lead for Cdi San Babila, highlighted the top-tier nature of the installed equipment.
