Cádiz business confederation launches new employment portal

The Confederation of Companies of the province of Cádiz (CEC) has launched a new employment portal designed to bridge the gap between local businesses and job seekers. The initiative aims to resolve a paradox where high unemployment levels coexist with companies struggling to find qualified professionals for their projects.

Developed in partnership with the technology company Jobfie, the platform includes artificial intelligence tools to help candidates improve their resumes, as well as behavioral tests to enhance employability. The portal seeks to make professional development opportunities within the Cádiz productive fabric more visible while providing companies with a direct way to connect with skilled local talent.
