In a video released by the club, President Christian Septien is seen discussing the situation directly with Ontiveros. Septien emphasized the necessity of professional commitment, stating, “You and I have a commitment to the club, to the fans. You are going to be in shape, you are going to take care of yourself, and you are going to commit yourself as a professional.”

Ontiveros expressed his motivation to regain the support of the fans, stating, “I am very motivated and very eager, and I want you to applaud me again as you did in the first year.” New coach Albert Celades also addressed the player, noting that the club expects every player to give their all on the pitch.
