Cádiz CF player Gonzalo Petit ruled out of Granada derby due to injury

Cádiz CF attacker Gonzalo Petit will miss the upcoming Andalusian derby against Granada due to a muscle injury. The club confirmed that the Uruguayan player suffered a myoaponeurotic muscle injury in his biceps femoris during training last Monday.

Petit, who joined the club on loan from Real Betis last summer, has seen limited playing time this season, totaling only eight minutes of action. The club's medical report stated that his recovery timeline and return to team activities will depend on his ongoing evolution.
