Cádiz CF defeats Chiclana CF 2-0 in anniversary friendly

Cádiz CF defeated Chiclana CF 2-0 in a friendly match held to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Chiclana de la Frontera being granted city status. The match, managed by Albert Celades, allowed for the rotation of the first team and youth players.

Álvaro García scored the opening goal in the fifth minute, and Javier Ontiveros converted a penalty in the first half to secure the victory. Ontiveros’ performance marked a significant return to the pitch for the player, who had not played for the club in over six months following disciplinary and transfer uncertainties.
