Cádiz Levante Beach Gets New Tourist Train Service
A tourist train linking the Casa de los Toruños to Levante Beach in the Parque Natural de la Bahía de Cádiz began operating on 1 July. The service runs daily until 6 September, offering seven outbound departures between 11:30 am and 6:30 pm and matching return trips. Tickets cost €1.50 one‑way or €2 round‑trip, with free travel for children under three. No advance reservation is required; passengers board on a first‑come, first‑served basis until the 50‑seat vehicle is full.
Levante Beach, surrounded by marshland and known for its calm waters, is popular with kitesurfers and visitors seeking a quiet coastal spot. The new train aims to improve access to the otherwise secluded beach while supporting eco‑tourism in the region.
