Cádiz Mayor Bruno García defends administration amid union disputes

Cádiz Mayor Bruno García recently addressed the political landscape in an interview, stating that while he acknowledges the opposition parties, such as the PSOE and Adelante Izquierda Gaditana, share a common concern for the city, concern alone is insufficient without action. García criticized previous administrations, claiming that many current municipal projects could have been implemented sooner if not for past inaction.

Simultaneously, the UGT labor union has raised grievances regarding municipal personnel policies. The union claims that certain professionals within the Urbanism Delegation, including architects and engineers, are being forced to pay their own professional membership fees. UGT asserts that according to the current Regulatory Agreement, these costs should be covered by the City Council.
