CDL Caxias Convention draws 5,000 participants to discuss business trends
The 4th CDL Caxias Convention concluded at the Pavilhões da Festa da Uva, drawing over 5,000 participants over two days. Under the theme ‘Decisions that build results’, the event focused on preparing entrepreneurs for rapid market changes through discussions on economy, leadership, innovation, and technology.
The program included eight main stage lectures and 12 activities in the Arena Conecta, organized by CDL Mulher, CDL Jovem, and HUB de Eventos. The convention also featured an exhibition with 40 exhibitors and business rounds involving 40 companies to foster networking and professional connections.
Key speakers included economist Ricardo Amorim, who discussed future economic scenarios, and Monica Levandoski, who addressed market trends. Other topics covered the future of retail, digital transformation, and motivational leadership. CDL Caxias President Mauro Andreazza emphasized that the event provides essential information and diverse perspectives to help leaders navigate evolving economic and technological landscapes.
