Ceará and Guarani unveil new strikers Nico Ferreira and Neto Costa

Ceará Sporting Club held a press conference on 29 July 2026 to present Uruguayan forward Nico Ferreira. The 24‑year‑old praised the club’s infrastructure, saying it provides "new energy" for the squad, and noted he has already scored a goal and provided an assist in a recent victory over São Bernardo.

Guarani Futebol Clube also introduced striker Neto Costa on the same day.
