Ceará Cardiology Congress concludes in Fortaleza

The 31st Ceará Cardiology Congress recently concluded in Fortaleza, Brazil. Organized by the Sociedade Brasileira de Cardiologia (SBC-CE), the event gathered approximately 900 healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, clinicians, and students.

The congress focused on the practical application of cardiology, addressing contemporary challenges such as artificial intelligence in clinical practice, digital diagnostic tools, and new therapies for heart failure, coronary disease, and hypertension. Other key discussion areas included obesity, metabolic health, women’s cardiovascular health, and the cardiovascular impacts of anabolic steroid use.
