Ceccano hosts underground and urban culture festivals at Castel Sindici

The Parco di Castel Sindici in Ceccano has hosted significant musical and cultural gatherings, including the Sum Fest and the Periferie festival.

The Sum Fest, organized by the Comitato Frequenze 03023 with municipal patronage, focuses on the underground music scene. The event features a variety of genres, including Drum & Bass, Techno, and Downtempo, with performances by artists such as Ram-T. The festival also highlights local talent, including bands like Spastic Oniscus, Dienamite, and Druidon, ranging from garage rock to Doom Metal.

Additionally, the Periferie festival, part of the summer “Vibrazioni” format supported by the Lazio Region, drew over 4,000 spectators. The event featured a surprise appearance by Gemitaiz and performances by artists such as Future Nomadz, Alice, and Alex Dolby. Beyond music, the festival integrated cinema through short film screenings and documentary discussions, contributing to a safe and innovative cultural experience for the community.
