Cecilia Gutiérrez recalls past insults from Chilean actresses

Journalist Cecilia Gutiérrez recently recounted an incident involving Chilean actresses Luz Valdivieso and Antonia Zegers. While working for La Tercera, Gutiérrez waited in the makeup area at TVN to conduct an interview with the two performers.

Gutiérrez stated that while she was waiting, she overheard Valdivieso refer to her as “desubicada” (out of place) and recalled Zegers making a comment regarding her wearing a white wool dress during winter. Gutiérrez expressed that the comments felt unprovoked and hurtful as she had not yet conducted the interview.

In response to the recollection shared on the program “Hay que decirlo,” Luz Valdivieso addressed the matter on Instagram, stating that she does not mock how others dress and suggesting that while Gutiérrez might dislike her, she is certain she did not ridicule her clothing.
