CECyTE San Luis Potosí ranks among top five national subsystems

Students from San Luis Potosí achieved significant success at the National Sports Encounter of the CECyTE, ranking among the top five subsystems in the country for the second consecutive year.

The delegation secured nine medals in athletics, including three gold, four silver, and two bronze. Gold medalists included Sofía Valeria Medrano Aguilar in the 10,000-meter flat, Daniela Hernández Ríos in the 1,500-meter flat, and Alfredo Alonso Pardo Pérez in the 5,000-meter flat.

Additionally, Aleks Fernando Casas Escobar and Kevin de Jesús Ramírez Ortiz won the beach volleyball championship at the Copa Tamaulipas 2026.
