Cedarhurst resident completes hot air balloon flight in St. Louis

During the Great Forest Park Balloon Race in St. Louis, Karen Lindner, a resident of Cedarhurst of Tesson Heights, completed a hot air balloon flight through the Cedarhurst Senior Living ‘Dream Come TRUE’ program. Lindner participated in the flight in memory of her mother-in-law, Rose Marie.

The event, themed ‘Where Dreams Take Flight’, featured a Cedarhurst booth where approximately 90,000 attendees participated in the weekend festivities. Visitors contributed to a ‘Dream Wall’ by writing personal goals or experiences on balloon-shaped cards, resulting in 300 entries. Ryan Davis, Cedarhurst Corporate Communications Manager, stated that the program focuses on learning residents’ stories and passions to bring meaningful experiences to life.
