CEDIF students in Nuevo Laredo showcase vocational skills

More than 60 students from CEDIF 3, part of the Nuevo Laredo DIF System, held an exhibition featuring crafts, balloon twisting, nail design, and pastry arts. The works were themed around Halloween and Day of the Dead, showcasing skills acquired since the start of training courses in August.

The Nuevo Laredo DIF System, led by Claudette Canturosas Villarreal, currently provides training to over 200 women across four centers located in the Buenos Aires, San Rafael, Voluntad y Trabajo 2, and Palmares neighborhoods. These programs include workshops in cooking, beauty, tailoring, and manual crafts, aiming to provide tools for personal growth and potential self-employment opportunities.
